Time Frame
Please allow between 2 to 4 weeks from the day you have submitted all required information, forms and approved your ‘PDF proof’ for your order.

Delivery within Australia is free.
Delivery Method
Orders delivered within Australia and over $50 will be sent using registered post, to your nominated delivery address where your signature is required to confirm you have received your order. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.
Payment
Orders will not commence until full payment is received.
Methods of Payment
We accept credit card payments online through our secure server. To arrange other methods of payment please contact Magnetism prior to order.
Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and do not include GST. Magnetism Design reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Please check website for current pricing.
Cancellations
Cancellation after initial order is placed will incur a 50% charge. Cancellation after final approval will incur a 100% charge.
Refunds
No refund will be given after final proof and commencement of printing.
Minimum Orders
Minimum orders vary depending on item selected. Drag down icon will show the minimum quantity for that item.
Ultimate (Handwritten)
Envelope, thank you postcard and place card sold as Ultimate will have faint lines for the sender to personally write guest details.
Elite (Personalised)
Envelope, thank you postcard and place card sold as Elite will have printed personlised guest details. Any extra amounts ordered as Elite with no guest details supplied will be left blank.
Proofs
A PDF proof via email will be sent approximately 3 to 4 working days upon receipt of full payment and submission of all required information for your order. Changes or corrections to your PDF proofs will be issued via email. Final responsibility for approving all PDF proofs rests with the client. A confirmed approval by the client agrees the order is correct and final; changes after this will incur an additional charge.
Client errors that have been approved on the final proof will only be reprinted at the client's expense. If the client receives an item that has been misprinted from the approved proof it will be re-printed and posted ASAP at no additional charge.
Submissions of required forms for guest details are accepted as final approved documents.
Images
Images can be supplied either via email or on disk. Magnetism Design will not be liable for disks lost in the mail. We will return posted images once your order is complete. Please ensure digital images are at the highest possible quality. Emailed images must be supplied as a JPEG or TIFF file that is no larger than 5MB and no smaller than 1MB
Magnetism Design will check your images upon receipt and advise if they are not suitable to be used for print. Magnetism Design reserves the right to refuse to use images that are not of suitable quality or offensive in nature. Please be aware that printed images may differ in colour, darkness/lightness and quality to how they appear on screen. This is due to the different printing process and technique that is used. Magnetism Design will not be responsible for variations in colour/quality due to normal printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.
Professional images that are provided to you by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer. By supplying images to Magnetism Design you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Magnetism Design and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copy written photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos. Magnetism Design reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone else’s copyright.
Colours / Finish
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed version therefore we recommend ordering a sample pack. Printed colours may slightly vary between orders and samples.
Privacy
We consider your personal details as confidential and will not distribute to any third party.
Writing on Stationery
Our stationery is not designed to be put through another printer to type the details of your guests. To write on the stationery it is advisable to test the pen you are planning to use first to avoid smudging. We recommend that you order spare invitations to allow for errors.
International Orders
If you are ordering from an international location, please contact us prior to order to obtain a shipping quote and estimated time frame. International shipping charges will depend on your location, size and weight of your order. If your country has any applicable duties and taxes, you will also be responsible for these when the parcel reaches your destination. Please check if any of these will apply to you.
Copyright
All product designs and information are the sole property of Magnetism Design. Reproducing and/or copying any designs and information from this site are a violation of copyright laws. Magnetism Design holds ownership and copyright of all designs whether custom or existing. All stationery pieces may include a very small copyright credit ‘©www.magnetism.net.au’ printed on the item. The credit is positioned not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery.
Minor Alterations
Minor alterations to existing designs can be made at no extra cost, but this is up to the discretion of Magnetism Design. Please contact us prior to order if you would like minor alterations to already existing designs.
